Activity Center Rental

 

Great for meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, small weddings and so much more

 

Main Level Only – $600 for 8 hours

• The building must be cleaned and vacated within the agreed 8-hour timeframe
  and no later than 11:00 PM.

• No kitchen use is permitted.

 

Deposits

• Reservation Deposit: $200 nonrefundable and non-transferable deposit required to hold your date.
  (This amount is applied toward the total $600 rental fee.)

• Security Deposit: $300 refundable deposit.
  (Refunded within 15 days after your event if there is no damage or cleaning required.)
